This coffee has been specially crafted for the festive season by Redemption Roasters. They have chosen to donate £1 from every bag sold in December to their chosen charity Working Chance who help women with criminal convictions to develop their employability and self-belief. The charity works to shift prejudiced attitudes about women with convictions to educate people about the issues that often underlie women's offending. This festive blend combines two delicious coffees in their own rightto produce a decadent flavour profile reminiscent of a jammy, creamy Christmas dessert.

Redemption Roasters commenced operations in Aylesbury Young Offenders Prison with a mission to help reduce re-offending rates by skilling up the young people to help them find jobs and reintegrate into society. They are trained in competition-level barista skills.
The project has now expanded to 9 prisons and now also has an enlarged roastery facility in HMP The Mount near Hemel Hempstead.
Small batches of beans are expertly roasted led by a Head Roaster and Assistant Roaster who also train professional roasting skills. So not only is the coffee ethically sourced but the roasting process is socially responsible too.
