This Hario Coffee Pot : Mizudashi : enables you to enjoy the delights of Cold Brew Coffee. Cold Brew coffee brings out different characteristics in the coffee with the Cold Brew process extracting a smooth rich flavor.
This serving jug is also what you make the Cold Brew coffee in.
There is a removable strainer which is where you place the coffee grounds (c 50g recommended): then pour in cold water and keep it in the fridge overnight. In the morning the cold brew coffee will have steeped and your drink will be ready. You can remove the strainer and serve from the jug. The strainer also has a removable base for easy cleaning.
